Hi all!

This spree process is added in to help you understand how each spree works. There are direct sprees from websites which accepts International Credit Cards and Concierge Sprees from websites that only accept local cards. =)

Direct Spree [Using Victoria's Secret (VS) as example]

SG Sprees opens VS Spree

Spree-ers send in orders

SG Sprees generates payment advice

Spree-ers pay for items

Spree closes

SG Sprees order items from VS

VS processes orders by consolidating items from their warehouses

VS sends out items

SG Sprees receives items, repacks them.

SG Sprees sends out email to spree-ers to inform them that items have arrived

Items will be sent out within 2 days.


Concierge Spree [Using WetSeal (WS) as example]

Spree opens WS Spree

Spree-ers send in orders

SG Sprees generates payment advice

Spree-ers pay for items

Spree closes

SG Sprees order items from carrier

Carrier places orders to WS

WS processes orders by consolidating items from their warehouses

WS sends out items to carrier

Carrier sends out orders to SG Sprees within 3-4days

SG Sprees receives items, repacks them.

SG Sprees sends out email to spree-ers to inform them that items have arrived

Items will be sent out within 2 days.
